What data we process
Assessment data
When using LibreCheck, we collect the name of your organisation, country, sector and optionally a contact email address. This information is required to generate the migration report.
IT infrastructure data
As part of the assessment, we collect information on Microsoft products in use, user counts and criticality levels. This data is assigned exclusively to your assessment and is not shared with third parties.
Analytics & tracking
Analytics & tracking — We do not use tracking cookies. To analyse website traffic anonymously, we use Umami Analytics – a privacy-friendly open-source solution that sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses. No personal data is transferred to third parties or US cloud services.
Hosting & infrastructure
LibreCheck is hosted exclusively on servers of netcup GmbH (Germany). All data remains within the EU. There is no Cloud Act exposure.
Legal basis
Assessment data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a migration planning tool for public authorities).
Retention period
Assessment data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon request, all data linked to your organisation will be deleted in full.
